I came across this article today written by the NCCPR (Natioanl Coalition for Child Protection Reform).  The study it discusses is so important that I thought I would share it here.  Related to family preservation and foster care - the study covers what does and does NOT curb child abuse deaths in Texas... and as it relates to other states across the country.  Very interesting.  We welcome your comments.
