This story comes from a small town outside of Jefferson City, MO. It's a horrible story of murder involving a female teen. There is a lot of discussion as to the fate of this youth - with two possible roads/outcomes ahead - the juvenile justice system or prison. Whatever the decision - the mindset should be focused on how to prevent something like this from happening again. Rehab?
