Here are two scenarios:

Human service agency (public or private) #1 doesn't offer a service for a child, however - the agency works with an outside provider to deliver a specific service.  If the other provider is in your network - you can route the child's information to the other provider so they can document the services provided in your system.  Through intuitive dashboard tools and email functionality - routing clients is easy to do and agencies are made aware of when the outside party has reviewed, approved and has updated their client's information. 

ON your dashboard - you can see which clients have been routed out, to whom and if the file has been received and accepted.  When a client is routed - the other provider receives a secure email with a link asking them to login and accept the routed client and add new information as their review is completed.

Medical center #1 routes a patient to medical center #2 for a second review, to perform a new procedure, etc., and the same process above applies.
